SIX RULES FOR GIVING DHAAN (DHARMA)!

SIX RULES FOR GIVING DHAAN (DHARMA)!

Indian Vedic Scriptures have given guidelines to give dhaan.

Dhaan, if not given as per these recommendations may not give full results.

SIX RULES FOR GIVING DHAAN (DHARMA):

(1) The dhaan must be offered without expecting anything in return;

(2) The dhaan must be given to the right person who really suffer;

(3) The dhaan should be a valuable thing that can help the receiver for his important need;

(4) The dhaan should be given with sincerity and willingness;

(5) The dhaan should be given in right circumstances, ie, really on need;

(6) The dhaan should be given in a private place as others should not see that he is receiving the dhaan.

That means, we should protect the dignity of the receiver.

Ok.

There is only one dhaan that has no rules at all.

Which one is it?

Annadhaan, ie, dhaan of food.

Annadhaan can be given at any place to anyone without analysing his eligibility.

Why?

Other materials can be saved.  But, those who receive annadhaan can receive only when they are hungry.

So, they can not cheat in receiving annadhaan.
